The sales representative, if that's what they even are, wasn't interested at all in helping us nor could he answer any questions we asked without asking someone else. We can I'm looking to purchase a ring and we had to find every item we were interested in with no guidance. Once we did he made no effort to close the sale. Do not waste your time.
