  It's been since November 2017. I stopped for gas at the Marcy store and also purchased a Sicilian slice to go. While eating and driving I got one bite done before my phone rang(thank god) pulled over took care of that. Picked up the pizza and somehow looked at the bottom. Pure Mold!!! Call them as soon as I got home expecting them to say come down and we'll give you your money back or something instead the manager of that store said he will have his general manager call me to make arrangements stopped a two weeks later for a follow-up. Still never offered $$ back just that his manager should have called me by now he would call him right then . I still have not heard and here it is almost March of 2018. And the best thing is they threw away a whole pizza that was moldy still in the case so it wasn't like I brought it back a month later to complain!!!!
